By using the BeautySlot service ("we") or this website, you agree to these terms.

1. The service and the pilot phase

BeautySlot is a WhatsApp-based technology service for salons. It is currently in a pilot phase ahead of launch, and its features may change or pause without prior notice.

2. Who may use it

The service is aimed at businesses (beauty salons). Whoever requests it must be an authorized representative of the business and of legal age.

3. The five-day trial

• We offer a five-day trial to eligible businesses.
• Acceptance of trial requests is at our discretion and subject to eligibility.
• The trial ends automatically when its period ends, unless we agree in writing to continue.
• Either party may end the trial at any time.

4. The business's obligations

• Comply with the WhatsApp Business policies and Meta's applicable terms.
• Obtain the consents required from customers to contact them over WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep access credentials and permissions confidential.
• Not use the service to send unsolicited, misleading or unlawful messages.

5. Data

We process customers' data on behalf of the business under our Privacy Policy. The business is responsible for the lawfulness of its own use of its customers' data.

6. Reliance on third parties

The service relies on platforms outside our control, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and the hosting provider. We are not responsible for any outage, suspension or restriction imposed by them.

7. Disclaimer and limits of liability

During the pilot phase the service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or end access to the service if these terms, the WhatsApp policies or applicable laws are breached.

9. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms; continued use of the service after an amendment means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
