This policy explains how BeautySlot ("we") handles personal data when you use our service over WhatsApp or contact us through this website.

1. Our role

When you contact a salon through the service, we process your data on behalf of that salon and on its instructions, for the purpose you contacted it. For salons that deal with us directly, we are the party responsible for their data.

2. Data we process

Customers

• Your WhatsApp phone number.
• The name you type.
• The content of your messages to the service and the choices you make during the conversation.
• Appointment details and status.

Salons and the people they authorize

• The salon name and contact details, and those of the managers and staff it authorizes, including phone numbers as registered by the salon.
• Configuration data the salon gives us to operate the service.

Technical data

• Operational logs we may keep as needed to run, protect and troubleshoot the service.

3. Why we process it

• To run the service and carry out what the customer or the salon asks for.
• To communicate with you about appointments and related matters.
• To protect the service and improve its quality and security.
• To comply with applicable laws.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Sharing

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): carries messages between us and you; its processing is subject to its own terms and policies.
• Hosting provider: we host the service with a cloud hosting provider.
• The salon concerned: sees its own customers' data and bookings.
• Authorities: where we are legally required to.

Data may be processed by these parties outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Retention

• We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service to the salon, during the trial and during the term of the engagement.
• After the trial or the relationship with the salon ends, we delete or anonymize the data linked to it within a reasonable period, unless a law requires us to keep it.
• Deletion requests are handled as described on our Data deletion page.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access or use. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Email your request to support@beautyslot.store, stating the phone number you use on WhatsApp and the salon concerned. We may ask you to prove ownership of the number before acting.

8. Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes and contact
