Data deletion request

You may ask at any time for your data linked to the BeautySlot service to be deleted.

How to submit a request

1. Email support@beautyslot.store with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. State the phone number you use on WhatsApp and the name of the salon you dealt with.
3. We may ask you to prove ownership of the number before acting, to protect your data.

What happens next

• We delete or anonymize your data linked to the service, then confirm by replying to your email.
• We may keep data that a law requires us to keep, and we will tell you if so.
• Data held by other parties, such as Meta's WhatsApp, is subject to their policies and deletion methods.
